GoLynk Mini
The GoLynk Mini is an ultra-portable, multi-network edge router built for everyone from mobile professionals to special operations teams. It takes whatever networks you can find and can combine and/or fail over across multiple internet links (Wi-Fi, Ethernet, and tethered links like Starlink or cellular hotspots) to keep you online when any single link is unstable.
It runs a lightweight onboard version of Hydra, Hoplynk’s autonomous networking engine. Easily managed through an AI Copilot, Hydra continuously monitors link quality and automatically routes your traffic over the best available path. You communicate what you want in plain language (your intent), and the Copilot translates that into policies and updates routing/network settings automatically, so you can deploy and run it without a dedicated IT team on-site.
Key benefits
- Stay connected through drops: proactive failover to keep sessions stable when links degrade
- Use every link you can find: stack bandwidth or prioritize latency for calls vs throughput for downloads
- Deploy in under a minute: power on → open Hydra.local in your browser → tell the Copilot what you want → get online
Example intents you can type
- “Prioritize video calls”
- “Maximize throughput”
- “Fail over from Home WiFi to Starlink ”
- "Send video calls over lowest-latency link"
What Makes GoLynk Mini Different
Hydra Copilot: Networking by intent
GoLynk Mini runs a trimmed, embedded build of Hydra that continuously senses link health and routes your traffic across the best available paths. Instead of configuring networking manually, you tell the Copilot the outcome you want and Hydra applies the settings.
This enables capabilities typically found only in enterprise gateways:
-
Multi-WAN load balancing & policy routing
Hydra chooses which uplinks carry which traffic for maximum stability and throughput. -
Predictive failover
Instead of reacting to outages, Hydra detects degradation early and reroutes traffic proactively. -
Per-packet steering & adaptive routing
GoLynk Mini can make sub-second routing decisions to help keep sessions stable in degraded environments.
Small Form Factor, Serious Performance
-
Pocketable, low-power, and rugged
Designed for field teams and mobile users needing reliable backhaul on the move. -
High-throughput
Sustains 400+ Mbps. -
Supports 6+ simultaneous connections
With combinations of Wi-Fi and Ethernet links. -
<12 W typical power draw
Runs off 5V, 12V, or 120V via USB-C PD or a portable battery.
This makes it deployable in backpacks, vehicles, temporary sites, or anywhere connectivity is scarce.
Zero-Friction Setup
GoLynk Mini is designed for users with no IT background:
- Boot → open Hydra.local → tell the Copilot what you want → let Hydra take over
- You’re online in under 1 minute
- A lightweight local dashboard shows uplink health, throughput, latency, and policy state
- Hydra applies policy presets automatically, with optional overrides (failover vs aggregation, bandwidth vs resiliency)
Who It’s For
GoLynk Mini serves:
- SMBs, prosumers, and industrial edge users
- DoD small teams, SOF comms sergeants, UAV backhaul operators
- Mobile workers needing resilient connectivity (sales, remote devs, field coordinators)
Anywhere traditional hotspots fail, GoLynk Mini provides resilient, intelligent connectivity without the bulk or cost of enterprise equipment.
